The padlock is a little bigger than I imagined. In terms of security, I doubt that it resists an iron bar slipped in it, we feel that it is not a very strong padlock. I planned to use it in the changing rooms of a gym (or a pool): a place where there is always the world, so without too much risk to see someone unscrew with a mine bar! So I don't have to embarrass myself with a key. And it does very well.
