Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Very unhappy with the store and his communication: I bought it with "fast delivery in 3 days" and it took 21 days to arrive. The information in the App wasn't real, I always got in transit and never got there. As for the product and after observing the robot for several weeks and having had an iLife V7pro, I stand out: It cleans less time, its autonomy is less. I wonder if it's battery trouble. It's pretty much more complicated to schedule.
Cleans up very well. Can clean medium size rubble. We have two dogs and they chrw sticks, leaving a bunch of wood pieces behind. If it fits the vacuum hole, it will suck it up. Very good vacuum.
